Summary
Delphi delivers as promised. Clear, crisp screen that displays the orders accurately. Delphi, specifically Co Tang, our rep, has been very adept at getting our needs addressed and proactive on new restaurant needs.
Challenges
We are lucky enough to have high volume in the drive thru and the OCB isn’t visible a lot of the time, since we utilize line busting tablets and take orders before the menu board and screen. Would be great to be able to push the same info down to the line buster somehow
